The knowledge of the founders of the Moonlands was preserved in the Tomes of the Great Library found in Naroom.  Presumably any of the Life-regions would have access to some of the knowledge in there, hence the focus of this spell.  The art is the Second Order redo of Evu by Holmberg.  A cropped version of it also doubles for Evu's Bookworm.
